Koh Tsu Koon Patut Tampil Untuk Menjelaskan Kebenaran Kepada Semua - 10 Soalan Untuk Koh Tsu Koon

Kenyataan Sidang Media oleh Y.B. Ng Wei Aik, Setiausaha Pemuda Sosialis DAP (DAPSY) Negeri Pulau Pinang pada 24 Julai 2009 (Jumaat) Jam 11.00 pagi di Ibu Pejabat DAP Negeri Pulau Pinag:

Dengan lebih 97% dalam satu soal-selidik atas talian (http://www.anilnetto.com) menggesa Koh menjelaskan segala kebenaran tentang isu Kg Buah Pala ini dan 88% tidak bersetuju dengan Kerajaan Negeri mengambil tanah bagi penduduk-penduduk Kampung Buah Pala (http://dappg.org), maka beliau patut tampil untuk memberitahu kebenaran kepada semua:

1. Kerajaan Koh gagal sama sekali ataupun sengaja mengenepikan kebenaran tentang sejarah milikan tanah Kg Buah Pala termasuk sejarah amanah Brown dan Housing Trust apabila mereka meluluskan penjualan tanah kepada Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang.

2. Koh mestilah memberi penjelasan mengapa Koperasi tersebut diberikan diskaun terhadap harga asal yang dikemukan walaupun harga asal tersebut sudah amat rendah bagi tanah prima - harga asal ialah RM6.4 juta dan diskaun 50% diberikan menurunkan harga kepada RM3.2 juta.

3. Koh menyatakan bahawa harga rendah ke atas tanah prima adalah kerana pertukaran tanah, iaitu tanah Kg Buah Pala ditukarkan dengan sebidang tanah di sebelah Dewan Sri Pinang milikan Koperasi (kini terdiri bangunan Mahkamah). Beliau telah gagal menjelaskan nilai sebenar kedua-dua bidang tanah dan justifikasi pertukaran.

4. Koh juga gagal untuk menjelaskan mengapa beliau telah memberikan tempoh yang amat panjang bagi Koperasi untuk menjelaskan premium tanah tersebut. Di bawah Kanun Tanah Negara, premium tanah selalunya dibayar dalam tempoh 3 bulan, tetapi menurut maklumat daripada dokumen yang deklasifikasikan oleh Kerajaan Negeri sekarang, walaupun kelulusan penjualan diberi pada 2005, pihak Koperasi hanya membayar keseluruhan premium pada Mac 2008.

5. Koh juga mesti menjelaskan mengapa Koperasi diberikan layanan istimewa untuk menghantar pelan pembangunan serta mendapat kelulusan bagi pelan tersebut walaupun premium belum dibayar penuh. Projek perumahan baru tersebut juga telah dilancarkan kepada pembeli pada Januari 2008 walaupun pada masa itu, Koperasi masih berhutang 70% harga premium (lebih kurang RM2.24 juta).

6. Koh patut menjelaskan peranan beliau dan Ahli MMK Gerakan-BN ketika itu dalam transaksi tanah Kg Buah Pala dan sama ada setiap mereka mempunyai kepentingan peribadi dalam transaksi tersebut.

7. Koh juga patut menjelaskan sama ada terdapat pemimpin UMNO-BN yang mempunyai kepentingan di sebalik syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam transaksi tanah Kg Buah Pala termasuk pemaju.

8. Koh mesti menjelaskan mengapa permohonan awal dua buah syarikat Pembinaan Baufort Sdn. Bhd. dan Edaran Pelita Sdn. Bhd.untuk pemberimilikan tanah tersebut telah ditolak manakala permohonan pihak Koperasi telah diluluskan?

9. Koh juga patut menjelaskan adakah beliau bersetuju pengekalan Kg Buah Pala dengan pengambilan tanah daripada pemaju?

10. Sebagai Menteri "KPI" di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, adakah Koh telah mengetengahkan isu ini di peringkat Kerajaan Persekutuan dan berusaha mendapatkan bantuan Kerajaan Persekutuan untuk membantu penduduk Kg Buah Pala?

Koh Tsu Koon Must Come Out To Tell the Whole Truth - 10 Questions For Koh

Press Conference Statement of Y.B. Ng Wei Aik, DAPSY Penang Secretary on 24th of July, 2009 (Friday) 11.00a.m. at DAP Penang Headquarters:

With an overwhelming 97% demanding a thorough explanation from Koh from a poll done on the Internet (results as of 12 July 2009, 8.15 am at http://www.anilnetto.com) and 88% opposing the State Government to acquire the land for Kampung Buah Pala villagers (results as of 24 July 2009, 9.00 am at http://dappg.org), Koh must come out to tell the whole truth regarding this issue:

1. Koh's government had utterly failed or deliberately set aside the whole truth about the history of Kg Buah Pala land ownership including the history of the Brown trust and the Housing Trust when they approved the sale of the land to the Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang.

2. Koh must explain why the Koperasi was given a generous discount of the already low-priced offered the first time for a prime land, that is, RM6.4 million and then a further 50% discount to RM3.2 million.

3. Koh claimed that the low price charged for the prime land was due to a land-swap, Kg Buah Pala for the land beside Dewan Sri Penang where the Court building now stands which belonged to the Koperasi, but he failed to account for the value of both lands which was swapped.

4. Koh also failed to explain why his administration had given the Koperasi an unusually long period to pay up the premium in full. Under the National Land Code, the premium is to be paid up in 3 months, but from the declassified documents by the present State Government, although the sale was approved in 2005, the Koperasi only paid up the premium in full in Mac 2008.

5. Koh also must explain the special and unusual treatment given to allow the Koperasi to submit development plan and was given an approval before the premium was paid up. The new housing project was eventually launched to attract buyers in January 2008, with the Koperasi was still owing about 70% of the total premium (that is, more than RM2.24 million).

6. Koh must explain his role and the roles of each of his Gerakan-BN Exco then on the transaction of the land and whether each of them have any private interest in the transaction.

7. Koh must explain whether there are UMNO-BN leaders/members who have interest behind the companies involved in the transaction including the developer.

8. Koh must explain why the earlier applications to alienate the land by Pembinaan Baufort Sdn. Bhd. and Edaran Pelita Sdn. Bhd. were not approved while the application by the Koperasi was approved.

9. Koh should also declare whether he agrees to retain Kg Buah Pala as it is by acquiring the land from developer?

10. As a KPI Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, did Koh highlight this issue at Federal level and did he put in any effort to convince the Federal Government to assist the residents of Kg Buah Pala?

Adalah dengan ini kami menuntut ditubuhkan segera satu Suruhanjaya Bebas atau Suruhanjaya Diraja untuk menyiasat misteri disebalik kematian sdr. Teoh.

Soal siasat sehingga jam 3.00 pagi adalah satu bentuk tekanan yang tidak munasabah. Pembantu - pembantu khas kepada ADUN seolah dijadikan sasaran dalam sesi soal siasat yang tidak munasabah oleh SPRM . Ini merupakan sessi siasatan yang melampaui batas kemanusian.

JIka selepas ini ada sesi soal siasat yang ingin dibuat, kami hanya akan memberikan kerjasama sekadar di pejabat ADUN atau EXCO sahaja selepas mendapat kebenaran dari Exco berkaitan atau lebih dari itu ditegaskan jika SPRM gagal memberikan penjelasan dan membawa pihak bertanggungjawab ke muka pengadilan semua Pembantu Khas kepada ADUN Pakatan rakyat tidak akan sekali – kali memberikan kerjasama kepada SPRM yang dilihat begitu kejam dan zalim dalam kesungguhan menjadi alat Barisan Nasional.

Kami mendesak agar SPRM direformasikan segera untuk mengelakkan dari menjadi alat kepada rejim zalim di Malaysia negara tercinta.

反贪污委员会应该即刻调查基尔！

民主行动党社青团全国宣传秘书兼槟州社青团秘书黄伟益于2009年7月18日（星期六）在八打灵再也发表的声明：

随着雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福坠楼事件发生后，反贪污委员会必须即刻调查拥有千万身家的雪州立法议会反对党领袖基尔，否则根本不能平息公众对反贪污委员会的怒气。

基尔昨日还讲风凉话，要求民主行动党与人民公正党不要煽动人民质疑及憎恨反贪污委员会。这显示基尔根本没有同理心，而且还要反过来违背人民要求联邦政府设立皇家调查委员会，针对赵明福冤案展开彻查的意愿。

民主行动党及民联领袖，还有全体追求真理及真相且有良知的人民，坚持要联邦政府成立皇家调查委员会针对赵明福冤案作彻底调查，同时要反贪污委员会针对这个事件负起全责，确保赵明福不会死得不明不白。

我们所秉持的上述立场，乃代表着全民共同的心声。基尔怎能指责我们煽动人民质疑及憎恨反贪污委员会？而且，拥有千万身家却未受调查的基尔，又何德何能站在道德制高点来指责遭受政治迫害的一方呢？

反贪污委员会针对赵明福死因所作的解释，确实充满太多的疑点。至于警方能否在不受国阵施予政治压力底下，以专业的手法针对这个冤案完成调查工作，我们还是持以非常怀疑的态度。

因此，唯有设立皇家调查委员会针对这个冤案，通过公开审讯的方式展开彻查，这种做法才是最能取信人民的方式。

因此，民主行动党呼吁国阵各成员党，包括巫统、马华、民政党与国大党领袖摒弃政治歧见，跟我们共同站在同一阵线要求设立皇家调查委员会，赋还赵明福及其家人一个公道！

反贪污委员会草菅人命

民主行动党槟州宣传秘书兼槟州社青团秘书黄伟益于2009年7月16日（星期四）在槟城乔治市发表的声明：

槟州民主行动党与槟州社青团严厉谴责反贪污委员会草菅人命，没有在扣留期间保护雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治助理赵明福的性命安全。

赵明福昨日被反贪污委员会带返雪州总部，不过今日却被发现卧尸在隔壁的反贪污委员会毗邻的莎阿南商业广场5楼。

这种情况难免让人怀疑赵明福非死于自杀，反而可能在反贪污委员会总部被扣留期间遭暴力对待以致被夺命。

因此，我们绝对不能坐视不理，甚至要反贪污委员会对这个事件负起全部责任，包括给予死者及其家属交待。

反贪污委员会根本不需要高调介入调查雪州八打灵县7位州议员的拨款用途，如今还要搞出人命来，让人质疑当中是否有不可告人的动机。

赵明福曾任新闻从业员，基于政治理念加入雪州政府执政核心，如今却要蒙受不必要的指责而赔上性命，这难道是全体有良知的人民所要看见的吗？

民主行动党与社青团呼吁全体有良知的人民挺身而出，促请反贪污委员会不要再扮演国阵的爪牙，同时敢于承担全部的责任，免得让赵明福死得不明不白。

The best is yet to come!

So many people have been telling me just how frustrated they are with the current political situation in our country. Some have told me that they regretted voting for change because of the political instability now and would prefer returning to their old style of voting - vote for stability and forget about having a stronger opposition and greater check and balance. I shudder at the thought of this!

One needs to remember the reason why we are seeing such great resistance for change is simply because there is much to lose for those who have been in power for so long. For decades there has been so much abuse of power, unchecked misuse of public funds and plain dirty corruption. With a stronger opposition now, they stand to lose their illegal sources of income and some may even be charged and sent to prison if they are found guilty.

With this in mind, they will fight at all costs to reclaim back power and to ensure they can continue to steal public funds from the people for their own enrichment. We are not just dealing with differences in politics; we are combating evil forces who will not rest till they secure back their powers and illegal sources of income.

Sometimes I feel equally frustrated and disillusioned about the political situation too. Sometimes I lie awake thinking of how to effect change in this land. Some days I cry while driving in between meetings thinking of what's left for the future generation in this land if we give up now.

I have endured much verbal attack from political enemies, accusation after accusation of me not doing anything for my constituents and etc. No one truly understands the resistance we face daily in discharging our duties except for my fellow PR assemblymen.

Robert Kennedy once said ‘* Progress is a nice word. But change is its motivator and change has its enemies .*’ Our enemies are resisting change but we must stand firm and continue to push for a competent, accountable and transparent government.

At the end of each day, as I lay my self to sleep, I ask God for strength, wisdom and protection to face the next. I look forward to the end of the term when I can tell the people of Subang Jaya that I have remained clean and have not stolen any of the taxpayers' funds.

As reminded by Raja Petra in his blog "*Please continue your struggle to make Malaysia a better place for our future generation. This country belongs to them and it is for them that we struggle.*" All hope is not lost. Come the next election, vote out the corrupt once and for all. Hang in there supporters and friends, the best is yet to come!

Penang CM’s pol sec among 100 facing eviction

GEORGE TOWN: Ng Wei Aik, the political secretary to Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, is among 100 people in 13 houses on two streets here who have been asked to vacate the pre-war houses by July 31.

The owner is said to have sold the property in Lebuh Peking and Lebuh McNair and issued the tenants a one-month notice on June 29, asking them to leave and deliver vacant possession of the premises before the end of this month.

The tenants, according to Ng, who is also Komtar assemblyman, received the notice early this month. Ng has since written a letter to the owner in the hope that he would grant them extension in delivering vacant possession of the premises.

“The one-month period is too short. Many tenants do not have enough time to look for other places even if they are willing to move out,” said Ng when met at the site with other tenants.

He also hoped that the new owner would execute a fresh tenancy agreement with the tenants.

“As they have occupied the premises for a long time ago, I hope the owner can persuade the new owner to continue with the tenancy agreement with those who are still keen to stay here,” he said.

Housewife Tan Hooi Len, 33, said she had just spent more than RM30,000 on renovations before being informed of the owner’s decision to sell the premises and land.

“We should have been told earlier of the owner’s decision. If he wanted to sell, we should have been given priority to buy,” she said.

Another tenant, Ong Saw Keng, 62, said: “The owner should have stopped us from carrying out renovations. We have spent so much money, only to be asked to move out now. This is not right,” said Ong, a fishmonger who has been living there for 16 years.

逾百租戶遭逼遷‧檳首長秘書也受影響

（檳城）新地主要收回土地發展，四條路和北京路13間戰前老屋約百餘名租戶被限令在1個月內搬遷，檳州首席部長政治秘書黃偉益也在受影響租戶之列。

北京路門牌2至10號地段，以及過港仔橫街（四條路）門牌80至94號地段租戶，經在月初接到地主通過律師發出的限1個月內搬遷的信件。

據悉，有關兩段已經轉賣給新地主的受影響地段，屋子將會被拆除以做為發展用途。受影響租戶很多都是在祖父時代就開始在那裡居住，生活了60多年的租戶希望能與現有地主商討，爭取更長的寬限期或能與新地主繼續租約。

只給1個月期限

一些租戶也因為戰前老屋殘舊及白蟻等問題，分別在年前花費3到4萬令吉裝修，因此對地主這突如其來的搬遷通知指出不滿。

居民今日（週日，7月12日）上午召開記者會時，針對此事件表達他們的不滿，同時也希望地主能夠諒解居民的難處，以尋找更好的解決方案。

他們已通過信件向新地主提出3項要求。

他們認為一個月的搬遷期限太短，且租戶收到的來函中也未指明遷出的日期。

另外，當地約百多名租戶並非非法佔據者，因為很多戶人家都是從祖父母時代已經開始在當地居住。同時，居民也認為，地段的轉賣不代表原有的租約也被終止，因此希望新地主能讓留下居住的租戶延續租約。

這些租戶都是屋租統制法令的受害者，因此希望州政府能夠保護他們，避免人口外流，同時市區的戰前老屋也應該獲得保留。

因此，居民希望能夠地主商討有關事件，並不希望地主通過法律管道來解決有關問題，尤其是租戶們都居住當地多年，希望地主能夠重新做考慮。詢及被逼遷後打算，居民皆指出，大家都暫無任何打算，即使租戶要被趕走也需先獲得庭令。

租戶的話

婆婆時代租下

29歲陳榮富說，北京路門牌2號的房子是在婆婆時代已經租下，三代子孫經過60多年來都是居住在此處，即使在2000年受到屋租統制法令被廢除的影響，屋租一夜間從60多令吉上升一倍至100多令吉，但他們一家人還是繼續留在當地。

他說，當時此法令被廢除後，但當時地主也未表明會有做發展的打算，同時也和租戶繼續租約。

同時，他也指出，該家也在2年前開始陸續進行裝修工程，包括屋頂翻新等工作，共花費2萬多令吉。

他說，縱然此地段要面對發展，他希望這些受影響的租戶都能夠獲得優先權。

剛花3萬裝修

62歲漁販黃紹景說，他和家人住在港仔橫街門牌86號，房子因為去年發生火災，被逼花費3萬多令吉作為裝修，如今卻被通知要搬遷，讓他們感到非常錯愕。

他指出，他在當地住了16年，是屬於第3房東，房子已轉了第3手，但他還是希望能夠繼續留在當地居住。

他說，希望能與地主有商量的空間，而不是只是來函通知，說搬遷就搬遷，讓居民頓時感到措手不及。

婚期近心情大受影響‧州議員也被迫遷

（檳城）豆蔻村搬遷風波未了，州議員和近百居民也被迫遷！

檳首長林冠英政治秘書兼光大區州議員黃偉益在佈置結婚新房的時候，卻與喬治市北京路及過港仔街的鄰居，一起接到發展商指示搬遷通知書，待婚心情大受影響。

黃偉益：婚期近成“受害者”

身為檳州高官和準新郎的黃偉益說，他從政以來曾多次協助被逼遷的人民爭取福利，沒想到這次婚期已近的自己竟成為“受害者”。

他說，他外公一家自1959年就開始住在喬治市這間老家，而他出生後和他們住在一起。雖然他曾在吉隆坡生活9年，但自2008年1月回檳從政後便住回老家。直到之前安排結婚事宜，他也沒有想過要搬走。

佈置新房接搬遷通知書

不料，當他正忙著佈置新房，準備在7月26日娶親時，卻在7月1日收到屋主的律師信，要求他們在8月1日前搬走。

“這或多或少影響我‘待婚´的好心情，我的新房也只能稍微佈置一下。”

他說，如果必須搬遷，他希望能在選區內買下產業以方便照顧選民，但問題在於選區內的產業並不便宜。

他目前希望地主兼屋主可以改變主意允許他們繼續居住在此處，如果對方堅持要他們搬走，希望對方給租戶們更多體恤金和更長的搬遷時間。

屋主要轉賣產業

黃偉益和近百名鄰居們租住在13間屋子。據瞭解，屋主打算將產業轉賣他人，因此要求他們搬走。

租戶中有多人居住當地已超過60多年，他們都希望能與地主接洽，希望獲得更長的寬限期或能與新地主繼續租約。

此外，一些租戶因為戰前屋殘舊、白蟻和火災等問題，年前先後自費（最高達數萬令吉）裝修老屋，因此對地主突然要求搬遷表示不滿。

地主賣地‧未購產業 黃偉益婚前被逼遷

（檳城12日訊）檳州首席部長政治秘書黃偉益州議員大婚在即，卻面對逼遷！

黃偉益訂於本月26日舉行婚禮，卻在本月底就被逼遷，而他本身還未購買任何產業，要搬家的話也不知道搬去哪裡。

也是光大區州議員的黃偉益今早召開記者會，指居民不滿地主在沒有通知居民或租戶的情況下，售出地皮，而且限定他們在一個月內搬走。

黃偉益是其中一名租戶，即住在北京路門牌2號，受影響的包括北京路5間屋子及濄港仔街8間屋子，約100多人，這些屋子都是戰前屋。

地主是在6月29日發信給租戶，限定他們在1個月后搬走。

黃偉益大婚在即，將在本月26日舉行婚宴宴請親友，而幾天後就必須面對逼遷問題，他說，目前還未購買任何的產業，但已經作最壞打算。

雖然他通過律師要求地主會面商談及延長搬遷期限，但另一方面他也將盡快找屋子，不管是租或買，先做好打算。

然而，他也強調，要在短時間內找到合適的屋子也並非容易的事，因此希望有更多的時間。

黃偉益自小就住在北京路，而且他家人也住了數十年，家中共有5名成員，包括他母親與兄弟姐妹。

（槟城12日讯）槟州首席部长林冠英政治秘书兼光大区州议员黄伟益，也被迫迁！

战前老屋重新发展

与家人居住在南京路（四条路横巷）的黄伟益，于6月29日联同当地的12户住家一起接到地主一纸通令，要求这13户住在当地战前老屋的居民，必须在1个月内，即7月31日前搬迁，原因是地主已将当地的地段出售，必须清空交予新买主。

黄伟益今早联合南京路12户居民召开记者会时说，被迫迁的住家，包括5户在南京路，8户在南京路后的横街。

“据我们了解，地主已将这些地段售予新地主，而发展计划是将这些战前屋推倒重新发展。”　

一个月通知太短

他指出，地主只给予居民一个月的搬迁通知期实在太短，他不能认同地主在信中指居民非法占用地段的说法。

他说，许多居民的家庭从祖父时代已开始居住在南京路，地主不能指责他们非法占用地段。

“就算地主真的将土地出售，也不代表地主与租户或屋主的合约已结束。”

他认为，新地主有义务为租户或屋主签署新的合约，至于那些不愿再继续租赁合约，新地主应考虑给予赔偿。

“至于地主，他有必要与租户或屋主当面会谈此事，而非通过中间人或代表律师赶走居民。”

他说，州政府希望可保留乔治市内的古迹建筑物，但现在南京路的战前老屋居民却面对地主的无情迫迁。

“地主与租户及屋主还有很多空间可商谈此事，不需要通过法律管道。”

另一方面，黄伟益指出，他已经针对地主迫迁一事，通过律师致函予地主，表明居民反对只限一个月必须搬迁的立场。

■ 北京路2号在2年内耗资了3万令吉装修，却遭地主限定在1个月内搬迁。

（槟城12日讯）战前古屋租户遭逼迁，槟州首长政治秘书黄伟益也无法幸免！

北京路及过港仔街的13间古屋租户，于7月初接获地主来信，称地段已出售，所有租户遭限定于7月31日前迁离。惟，受影响的百余居民却认为限期太短，地主应与居民共商，以寻求更佳的解决方案，如切割地契以提供租户优先购买权或延长租期。

黄伟益州议员于周日召开记者会，如是指出。他居住在北京路10号，也是其中一户受影响的居民。由于彭加兰哥打区州议员刘敬亿因身处吉隆坡，因此未克出席记者会。

大部分久居居民 自费数万装修房屋

黄伟益说，大部分居民已居在该处数十年，而且自掏腰包数万令吉装修房屋，要在一个月内搬迁是很难的。他不认同地主称居民非法居住及占用地段；黄伟益声称，大部分居民是自祖父时代或40年代，即开始居在该处，而且获得前地主许可。

指地主终止租约前 有义务与租户洽谈

他形容，这批居民是屋租统制法令下的最大受害者。他已致函地主，并认为地主在终止租约前有义务与租户洽谈，而不是通过法律途径来解决问题。据他探悉，该地段的古屋将在转售后摧毁，进行发展计划。

受影响的租户，包括北京路2、4、6、8、10号，及过港仔街80、82、84、86、88、90、92、94号。

陈慧玲不知所措

过港仔街94号的租户陈慧玲（33岁，家庭主妇）指出，其房子刚于半年前耗资近4万令吉装修，主要是彻底解决屋顶遭白蚁侵蚀的问题。她说，首长林冠英鼓励居民装修古屋，地主却逼迁，令她不知所措。

黄绍景冀地主能商量

另外，在过港仔街86号住了16年的黄绍景（62岁，鱼贩），希望地主能商量。其房子于去年发生火患，刚于6月装修逾3万令吉。

陈荣贵：租户应有优先购买权

至于陈荣贵（29岁）的家族，自40年代起，已居住在北京路2号。他认为地主应切割地契，提供优先购买权予租户。其房子在2年内陆续装修，耗资了3万令吉。

将受迫迁的黄伟益，自言目前还没有打算迁离，而且他也没有别的屋子可住。

Pemuda Sosialis DAP (DAPSY) Negeri Pulau Pinang dalam mesyuarat pertama Majlis Eksekutif Negeri (MEN) yang diadakan pada 8 Julai 2009 di Bukit Mertajam telah melantik ahli-ahli MEN yang baru untuk melahirkan suatu barisan kepimpinan yang lengkap.

Mesyuarat tersebut adalah dipengerusikan Yeoh Soon Hin, Ketua DAPSY Negeri Pulau Pinang. Mesyuarat telah melantik Tan Cheai Peng, Satees a/l Muniandy, Sukumar a/l Subramaniam, Ong Hong Boon, Han Yoon Keong, Steven Sim Chee Keong, Tan Xin Ying, Foo Eng Hooi, Soon Lip Chee dan Alex Lee Chin Hooi sebagai ahli-ahli MEN yang baru.

Selepas itu, mesyuarat telah melantik Tan Cheai Peng sebagai Penolong Setiausaha yang baru. Pemegang-pemegang jawatan yang lain termasuklah Bendahari Steven Sim Chee Keong, Penolong Bendahari Lim Thing, Setiausaha Organisasi Foo Yu Keong, Penolong Setiausaha Organisasi Soon Lip Chee, Setiausaha Publisiti Yeap Choon Keong, Penolong Setiausaha Publisiti Alex Lee Chin Hooi dan Pengarah Pendidikan Politik Tan Kim Hooi.

槟州社青团新团队完整出炉！

槟州社青团在2009年7月8日召开新届理事会首次会议，通过委任与复选方式让新团队完整出炉。

这项会议是在大山脚召开，由团长杨顺兴主持。在会议上，出席者通过委任陈嘉萍、王鸿文、韩荣强、沈志强、陈欣瀛、符英辉、孙意志、李振辉、沙迪士与苏古玛为新届理事。

随后，会议通过复选方式委任副秘书陈嘉萍、财政沈志强、副财政林婷、组织秘书胡佑强、副组织秘书孙意志、宣传秘书叶进强、副宣传秘书李振辉与政治教育主任陈金辉。

这项会议决定成立由团长杨顺兴、署理团长刘敬亿、副团长雷尔与林秀琴、秘书黄伟益所组成的政治局。

其他所成立的各个小组，包括李振辉所领导的资讯与通讯工艺局、陈金辉所领导的政治教育局、李雄俊所领导的青年与体育局、胡佑强所领导的选民登记局、以及陈嘉萍所领导的环保运动小组。

新任团长杨顺兴在主持会议时，希望新届理事会能够比过往积极，通过举办更多有益身心及提高社会醒觉意识的活动，来吸引更多年轻人加入社青团。

他希望社青团所有成员能够团结一致，在不分派系的情况下形成一个强大又年轻的团队，协助槟州政府贯彻既定的施政方针。
