Any complaint on RapidPenang? Tell us right now!

Tuesday, Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi will be in Seberang Prai to launch RapidPenang as well as Penang as the NCER integrated logistic hub.

Following this, there will be free rides for Penangites on RapidPenang all days, which will be lasted on 2nd of August. Try its service and get back your comments to us.

DAP will deploy some of its members to assess RapidPenang’s service and at the same time to collect the feedback from passengers as well as the public in general.

We will do the spot checks from time to time, just to make sure RapidPenang deliver its service on time, efficiently, and most importantly - user-friendly.
