Ibiden brings in RM1.2b to Penang

Japan-based printed circuit board maker Ibiden Co. Ltd. announced to invest RM1.2 billion in Penang.

This reflects the investors have confidence in the policies of the new state government, which is practicing the principles of CAT – Competency, Accountability and Transparency in its administration.

It is a good start for the government in its efforts to attract more investors and carry out its responsibility to achieve a developed state for Penang.

Also present in the press conference today is Executice Officer of Ibiden, Ito Sotaro, almost all state EXCO and a few state legislative assemblymen.

Another important announcement on investment will be kicked off next week. Please watch out!

Great job! Now the Gerakan people cannot say the new DAP gov have not done anything significant for Penang since GE. Keep it up!

州議員也去風月場所

我在前兩天晚上11時,與黃偉益相約去檳島東北區一家風月場所,兩個人在廂房叫了一jug的可口可樂,然後不斷地唱歌,直到凌晨1時許才離開。

我比黃偉益早到,就在廂房裡等候,直到黃偉益抵達後,我們才一起唱歌作樂。

為什麼要叫黃偉益去?因為要慶祝這位老朋友中選為光大區州議員嘛,這樣簡單也不會,傻的!

廂房裡只有我們兩個人,外面有很多本地和中國籍“小龍女”的陪座小姐走來走去,很忙碌地進去廂房。為什麼我們沒有叫小姐?因為太貴嘛,傻的!

以前,常常有人爆料在丹絨道光的一家風月場所見到拿督級州議員(現在是前州議員)出現在那邊,但我沒有寫新聞,現在卻被人家scoop,真糗!

Just a question...

Did LGE and his team come up with the CAT philosophy, as in is it an original DAP concept?

Or was it taken from some other management book or school?

I learned those terms in college, what is more important is the application. Anyone can come up with an acronym, do what you preach is more important.
